Biblical Doubt

Arabs maintain that the Qur’an is written in an elegant and captivating language. The same cannot be said of the Bible, neither of the Old nor of the New Testament.

In a text inspired by God, I would expect nothing less than a superhuman elegance and communicative power. In short, I would expect God to be able to write divinely! The fact that this does not seem to be the case unsettles me and gives rise to all sorts of doubts.
